Datacenter Vision Ltda ("Datacenter Vision", "we", "us"), a company registered in Brazil (CNPJ 62.823.295/0001-53) and based in São Paulo, operates datacentervision.com (the "Site"). This Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. We act as the data controller for personal data processed through the Site, in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13.709/2018) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Data we collect
- Information you provide. When you contact us, we receive your name, email address, and the contents of your message.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider may automatically collect limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited through server and security logs.
- Language preference. The Site uses browser local storage to remember whether you selected English or Portuguese. We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies.
2. How we use your data
We process personal data to respond to your inquiries and communicate with you; operate, maintain, and improve the Site; ensure security and prevent abuse; and comply with legal obligations.
3. Legal bases
Depending on the situation, we rely on your consent; our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Site and responding to inquiries; steps taken at your request prior to a possible relationship; and compliance with legal obligations (LGPD art. 7; GDPR art. 6).
4. Sharing your data
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers that help us run the Site and our communications, under appropriate confidentiality obligations; and authorities or third parties where required by law or to protect our rights.
5. International transfers
Our service providers may process data outside Brazil, for example in the United States or the European Union. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we take reasonable steps to ensure an adequate level of protection, as required by applicable law.

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law (LGPD/GDPR), you may request to access your data; correct inaccurate data; delete or anonymize data; obtain portability; object to or restrict certain processing; and withdraw consent at any time. 8. Cookies and local storage

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
10. Children
The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version, and material changes will be indicated on this page.
